OUR EASY QUOTE & ORDER PROCESS

1. Select your product/s

Select your product/s from our All Products tab or search for a product within our search box top of homepage.

If you would like some ideas, contact us on 1300 and we will find a suitable product that fits your budget.

2. Obtain a quote & place your order

Add your product/s to the quote cart, follow instructions & submit.

We will then provide a formal quote with delivery lead times. At this stage you can change any products to ensure you have the right products at the right price.

To confirm your order, simply reply to the email with your confirmation to give us the green light to go ahead and process it! Please make sure you have authority to accept the quote.

We will then send you an order confirmation along with an invoice.

3. Artwork/logo layout approval

Next we send you an artwork layout proof of your chosen product/s with your artwork/logo on it.

You will need to check this carefully in case any changes need to be made, otherwise you can approve it!

We’ll only go into production once this has been approved by you in writing.

4. Order moves into production

We will send you an invoice for the order by email.

For new customers once payment has been received we will start printing your artwork onto the products.

Existing customers payment terms will be listed on invoice.

We’ll keep you posted regularly as to the status of your order.

5. Quality check, dispatch & delivery

Before your order is dispatched we quality check your order.

We will get in touch to confirm your delivery location and contact person as soon as it’s ready to go!
