Do you brand the products?
Yes we can brand our products with your logo. We will make sure the right branding method is applied to give you the best results possible.
What is the lead time?
Depending on the item selected there can be different lead times. Usually 2-3 weeks from artwork approval. If you need it sooner we will do our best to work within the time frame specified. Our Easy Order Process

We provide recommendations to suit your requirements and budget. We like to recommend alternative products too which we will present in our quotation. We offer guidance every step of the way to ensure your campaign, event or corporate marketing strategy is memorable and a success.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?
We have set minimum order quantities (MOQ), we are happy to assist with orders outside the MOQ where possible. Contact us
Do you have a set-up charge?
Yes, most of our products have ‘set-up’ charges. These are charges to create the screen, die or other necessary items to print your logo on products. Set-up charge will be advised with your quotation. For repeat orders set up charges still apply at a reduced price. Our Easy Order Process
Do you provide discounts to Not-For-Profits?
Yes, we certainly do provide discounts to not-for-profit organisations. Contact us advise who you are and the products you would like and we will provide a quote with the discounted price.
Can I obtain a product sample?
Yes, products on our website can be supplied as samples. This is to ensure you are happy with the product before placing an order. You have to pay for samples and shipping is also charged. We are happy to wavier the sample once you place an order. The maximum is 3 of any one style of product. We reserve the right to refuse to send samples at our discretion. Contact us
